Seven months and over $700,000.00 later the taxiway and runway lighting project at the North Vernon Municipal Airport is for the most part complete. All that remains to be done is some final grading and seeding. Thanks to the great work by Bansal Construction, oversight and inspection by Butler, Fairman, & Seufert, Inc. the project is a great success! The completion of this project, which included lighting Runway 15/33 and the parallel taxiway, marks one of the largest and most recognizable improvements to the airport in its 65 years of existence.
